Testimony & Fundraising Event

Would you be interested in learning about all of the ministries through GCL?

Our heart’s desire is to serve every person with biblical and gospel-centered counsel for those who seek help through GCL Ministries. In addition to our counseling ministry, we have a partnership with Seeds of Hope Ministries located in Camden, NJ and also with Pastor4Pastors Ministry, serving ministry leaders. We also offer a class on biblical change, which provides foundational information and resources to help better equip others to navigate through life’s challenges.

The purpose of this event is to share about the vision of GCL and our ministries and what we’re currently doing to help others. We will also provide personal testimony about how God is using GCL to help individuals, couples, pastors and others in need.

We would look forward to sharing about all of our ministries and how you might be better informed and encouraged and also support our vision and ministry in bringing biblically-based and gospel-centered help to those in need.

Prayer Gathering

We are trusting God to bless our initiatives in caring for others in a variety of ways and we believe that out of all the biblically-based and gospel-centered things that we are hoping to accomplish, one of the best things to do, and is time well spent, is to pray and submit them before that Lord.

We are planning a time of prayer to pray for our ministries in counseling, caring for pastors and ministry leaders, our class instruction on “How Do I Change?”, and for other upcoming events in the near future.

How Do I Change? Class

Over 8 weeks, Joe Carnuccio will be providing a biblically based and gospel-centered perspective on “How Do I Change?”. The class includes 16 hours of teaching material over 8 weeks, a printed notebook including detailed notes providing entire content of class teaching material, printed resources for additional reading, and a free 30-minute personal consultation through a virtual session after the completion of the class to discuss next steps.

Topics Discussed:

  • What is genuine change, anyway?

  • How does my thinking influence my behavior?

  • Why doesn’t modifying my behavior lead to lasting change?

  • Why does my ability to know myself and change begin with knowing and experiencing God?

  • How does getting the Gospel wrong hinder change?

  • How might trials and conflicts be a “change agent” in disguise?

  • Why are relationships messy, and is there really hope for change?

Dates for the next class will be coming soon!
